If your a sixth grader you need this form “6th Grade Consent and Contract” and a Church Permission Slip.

Munchies and Crew – We will be gleaning for our Faith in Action night this Tuesday 1/24 and Wednesday 1/25. Be sure to wear long sleeves, grab a flashlight, and bring your permission slip for the year (If you haven’t already)

One thing we try to do regularly at Munchies is serve the community through Faith in Action nights. During our December Faith in Action night, we will be stuffing stockings and writing notes for those who travel to Loaves and Fishes on Christmas Day.

This is where you come in. This Faith in Action night requires a little extra preparation, and will not be possible without your support. Below is a list of items that Loaves and Fishes has provided of items they would like to have included in their stockings. Our goal is to make 30 stockings, each including every item listed below:

McDonald’s $5.00 Gift Certificate Books
One par of new socks, one size fits all
One set of stretch/knit hat and gloves
A pair of shoelaces
A deck of cards
Travel-size conditioners, shampoos, deodorant

Please turn in whatever you can by December 6^that Munchies.

Faith in Action: This Week!!!

Just a quick reminder to everyone that this Tuesday (October 25) and Wednesday (October 26) we will have our first Faith in Action night of the year. This event is going to be a LOT of fun, and we have a few little reminders to make things even better:

1) Remember to bring clothes you can get dirty in.

2) Bring a flashlight and work gloves if you have them

3) Remember to have your permission slip for the year turned in

4) BE ON TIME!!!!!! We would hate to leave without you, so it is vital that everyone be on time this week.

5) Remember why we are doing this. This isn’t just community service: it is an active way to serve in God’s name and grow closer to our creator.

Open House this week!

This week (October 4,5) parents are welcome to attend youth group with their children! Youth: invite your parents. Parents: invite yourselves. Parents of Jr High students, come to munchies on the fourth, and parents of HS students should come to crew on the fifth. See ya there!

Hey y’all,

Just a reminder that youth group starts next week! Munchies (6-8th grades) begins on Tuesday September 13th, and Crew (High School) begins on Wednesday the 14th. This year, Munchies and Crew will take place every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00-8:30 PM. See ya there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoedown this Saturday, August 20th!!!

Howdy y’all. The annual hoedown is this saturday, August 20th from 4:30-8:30. Everyone is welcome, so grab a friend, and bring your family. We hope to see ya there!

On another note, Munchies and Crew will be here very soon!!! They start September 13th and 14th respectively, and will take place EVERY WEEK from 7-8:30.

Summer Park Day

Summer Park Day — July 23rd from 12-3pm

Great people, great games, great food. We will be barbecuing, playing awesome games, enjoying each-other’s company, and taking a dive on a giant slip n slide!!! Plan on getting wet.
